Village Corporation Overseers’
Meeting December
16, 2006 Present:
President Jo Huntoon; Overseers Peter Allen, Bill Cressey, Linda Houghton, Judy
Rohweder; Village Agent Bill Paige; Office Manager Paul Bartels. The
Warrants were circulated for approval by signature. Winter
Parking Ban: Authorize Parking Ban notices. Bartels
will post notices in newspapers and the Village bulletin boards.
Cressey moved, Rohweder seconded, Voted. Additional
Invoice for A. E. Hodsdon:
Additional Invoice for $2,173.63 was previously budgeted for.
Motion to pay the invoice by Cressey, seconded by Allen, carried. Road
Signs: Bill Paige brought up a need for
Road Signs in the Village. Approximate
cost of $1,000.00. Cressey said it
was in the budget so they will be purchased.
Results of
Executive Session:
Approved to give gifts to Village employees. Meeting
dates are as follows: Jan. 14 9:00
