Selectmen approved the Harbor Committees' recommended changes, modifications & definitions to our existing harbor rules and regulations in the current ordinance. The purpose of the change was to better define our municipal waters and accept a redefinition of a mooring. The selectmen made one revision to the committee's recommendation by amending and defining municipal waters as going out 2,500 feet from mean low tide…a distance and area we feel we can prudently manage. Motion passed unanimously.
