Administrative

Barbara Wallace to temp as office help while Robin is out. Rate set at $8.00

 

Transfer Station Committee

CES Inc proposal was approved in the amount of $4600 for review of operations  

 

Roads & Bridges

2004 Road Budget. Need to begin work

Responsibility regarding additional drainage work rests with Lynch on Shore Road .

Fancy/Lynch to address repairs to Birchcrest Road . Put on "punch list"

 

Financial

March. Auditors to be here. Selectmen to be available.

Block grant procedures and draw down sheet need to be revisited for proper cash flow 

 

Policy Decisions & Administration & Miscellaneous

Burgess still needs to follow up. Paul Nyren. He requested permission to put steps down to the water utilizing a town ROW at the end to Summit Ave. in Birchcrest at his expense. Attorney to review ramifications of above request (338-0066)

High-speed internet options seem to be few if any at this time.

 

Code Enforcement, Planning & Permits

ZBA working with consultant to establish procedures. Contract for work approved.

CEO provided monthly up date

Issues with Armstrong property

Send letter to James Fielden (map U5/lot 100) requesting copy of permit for file record

Follow up on Dubrow property.

Status? Town Attorney Kelly to review procedures and jurisdictional issues with NVC attorney
