	Next Selectmen's Meeting on Monday 4/19/04 .
	Committee structure below either in place or to be implemented for 2004.
	Note Committees are advisory to selectmen.

Re-Valuation Committee

Draft of Administrative Ordinances. Public Hearing held on 4/13/04

Parks/Recreation & Cemetery Committee

Roads Committee

Objective in early 2004 is to fill the vacancies in existing committees

and get new committees off the ground.

Administrative

	Barbara Wallace to take meeting minutes for selectmen beginning new slate.
	Administrative Ordinances: Public Hearing was held 4/13.
	Need up date from ZBA on progress of work with Mid-coast Regional Planning (operating procedures)

Transfer Station Committee

	$350,000 Warrant Article was drafted and submitted with regard to upgrading Transfer Station facilities. Article to be voted at Town Meeting Monday May 3^rd
	Lindahl's "Earth Machine" for composting is on display at the town office... $36.50 Now on Sale !

Roads & Bridges

$113,000 for Bluff Road was reconfirmed with John Fancy and Selectmen

Need to detail spending for 2003 and lay out plan to 2004 for town meeting

Financial

Auditors: Selectmen waiting on their report.

Policy Decisions & Administration & Miscellaneous

Liquor license was approved for Helen's Kitchen 11AM to 1AM .

Code Enforcement, Planning & Permits

	Status on letter to James Fielden (map U5/lot 100) requesting copy of permit for file record
	Follow up on Dubrow property??
	Suggest we go back and look at increasing building permit fees.
	ZBA question. Satus of follow up on Howard Gallagher's letter of 3/19/04

Legal & Other Issues

Kelly to make recommendations regarding ramifications of dissolving Fire Department Corporation.

Real Estate Assessors Functions, Tax Policy and Liens & Collections

Harbors & Waterways and Parks & Recreation

	Cemetery fence scheduled for August.
	New floating dock. 16'x5' in place
	A presentation was given by Abe Baggins of the Pitcher Pond owner's Association. Okayed that they be allowed to post signs at Knights Pond for invasive aquatic plants.

Fire… Health & Public Safety.. 911

	Status??? Sharing police coverage between Northport & Lincolnville.
	Enhanced 911 being developed by Therio and T. Rooney for May 3^rd Town Meeting.
