Objective in early 2004 is to fill the vacancies in existing committees

and get new committees off the ground.

Need up date from ZBA on progress of work with Mid-coast Regional Planning (operating procedures)

 Transfer Station Committee

$350,000 Warrant Article was drafted and submitted with regard to upgrading Transfer Station facilities. Article to be voted at Town Meeting Monday May 3rd

Lindahl's "Earth Machine" for composting is on display at the town office... $36.50 Now on Sale !

$113,000 for Bluff Road was reconfirmed with John Fancy and Selectmen

Need to detail spending for 2003 and lay out plan to 2004 for town meeting

Liquor license was approved for Helen's Kitchen 11AM to 1AM .
